Bug fixes: player 2 now hides when eliminated.

bullets from the bullet storm U.S.B now disappears after 10 seconds. Large bombs such as the I.C.B.M and the tsar Bomba now pause when the settings is open.

New additions: there is a background and loading screen, and custom cursor.
